I urgently need an illustrator that offers high quality, but cheap, illustrations. I just need something saying "Happy <number> Birthday!" and then a snapchat bitmoji character. Around the illustration will be other things as well. Please do not trash this thread. I need the illustration done within 5 hours.

If anyone can offer the same or higher quality for cheaper, i'll go with you.

NOTE: I only want a sketch done first and then I will compare all of you. I will not be paying first. If I dislike the sketch, then I will not pay. You are free to make only half the sketch.
