Need a chunk border plugin

Hello, I currently own a towny server and my players seem to have issues understanding the chunk system. I know that towny has a built in system for displaying the chunk borders, but let's be honest, it's not that easy to use. I'd like something that can be turned on and off with a command and when on show all chunk borders in view similar to the chunk border mod. If this is possible, please let me know and how much you would charge to make this.

Did you tried using /res toggle plotborder? It's easy to use..

yes, i have tried res toggle plotborder, but like i said that one is difficult for players to use and it really is kinda crappy
