That doesn't mean all work is on you but split 50-50.

What Will You Receive?
The server will be Owned By Me 100%
You will get 30% of profits - 20% to me and 50% to the server

Requirements
Be over the age of 18
Have Experience Managing the server
Understand Bugs and how to fix them
Be dedicated to the server
MUST HAVE-->>Have good Banter xD <<--MUST HAVE

You should Lower your age requirement to 15, Because minecraft starts loosing intrest around that age
