Need a configuration dev

Hey, I'm IcyBlue! I working on a SkyBlock Server. I was wounding if anyone wants to apply configure Dev, This dev will help me create configure for plugins and also find bugs in the server, Also this dev will test out the config and see how it works. I will be paying $1 - 20 per month because I don't want to wast my whole money on this and also I want my server to be up.
