autists is someone who isn't creative and can't differentiate between sarcasm and seriousness. I need someone who is more on the stupid side, not autist. Very different type of people. Thank you sir.

I can see that you are posting like this to filter out what you call "autists", or as most people would call it "people with no sense of humour".
However there isn't a lot of good developers who would look at this post and apply, this doesn't illustrate professionalism, which most of the good developers are trying to be.
