Need a custom crowbar plugin to mine spawners.

i need a plugin to be able to minespawners

command to give a player a crowbar:
- /crowbar {name} -/crowbar BTTP

i need to be able to mine 1 spawner and then the pick gets removed from the player.

i want a config for it so i can set a custom item, and custom name and lore.
