Need A Custom Enchant Plugin for Skyblock

I'm in need of a custom enchanting plugin for skyblock. I have about 20 enchants I want added, although I'm not sure if they how to add them. Whether they should be through normal enchanting or through a system. I was unable to find a plugin I liked, since most are directed towards factions. I'm willing to pay 30$ for the plugin, as long as we can test it and you fix any bugs we find for the current version of mc. If we ever update, an additional fee will be given to change anything.
