Need a CUSTOM hub plugin! $50-75

Alright so, as you all can see, my budget is $50-75 for this hub plugin. I would like it to include the following:

1. Server Selector (for bungeecord servers)
2. Player Visibility Toggler
3. EnderButt
4. Queueing system, somewhat like EzQueue built into the plugin (make it so it doesnt kick players when server is full, or whitelisted like ezqueue)
5. Scoreboard including: Online players on bungeecord server, player's rank, and the server's website, and the place you are in for the queue.
6. Chat Prefixes (similar to essential's chat)
7. Custom Tab showing the server name (MysticMC) and players on other bungee servers.
8. no damage, hunger loss, pvp etc.
9. Double Jump - with fire effect and sound effect
10. Always day and no rain
11. Antispam
12. Other general hub features

Please make the plugin with a fully customizable config. I understand I am asking for a lot, but I am willing the pay the right price for the plugin.
