Need a Custom Mining Speed Plugin

Hello my name is Brandawg, Owner of EclipsePvP. I am need of a plugin that changes the speed of all the pickaxes and how fast they mine depending on the oar. I would also like a config for each tier of pickaxe with each ore. I will be paying around 10-15$

Thats impossible unless you want to use potion effects.

Look into packets it's possible.

I believe one of them is The block break animation packet

And you would have to work on setting the hardness of the block itself, once you do that you would want to match it up with the block animations so it looks proper

thats why I'm looking for a developer to code this
