This is really sketchy. There's a catch in this thread. He is saying "IF" you do a good job in short amount of time, you will be getting funds, otherwise I believe not. After you're done developing the plugins, he can just say "They are not good", delete you from all contact lists and that's it. He stated it in this thread so he cannot be banned or punished for scamming. I personally wouldn't do a $300 deal with a thread like this anyways (Unprofessional, terrible grammar, no effort, no TOS etc..). Just my opinion.
