sadly i dont have enought mony to pay some to be my dev but if i did i would
i allredy have the server but i need a dev to help me

It's not about being kind, its about being rewarded for their time and work. Why would someone help you for free when they could help others and get paid? Also why are you making a server, especially now, if you don't have money or don't have the money to pay developers.. There's so many different versions of like every server you could make, especially HCF it's the new overmade prison and factions, if you want to succeed you have to be extremely unique and different.
i seed i would reword them with some alts or 20$

tbh I'd probably code a smaller plugin for free/alts but full sized cores for HCF requires at least $25 and for under $100 you will probably find yourself with skidded plugins of parapvp/hydra/vhcf cores.
I'll be honest here - you won't get a full custom core for under $100 and to get a good one you'd need to be willing to pay $150-$250

imo if you wanna have a few small plugins done, someone might be charitable, but if you are talking a network developer, noone is going to put themselves in that kind of position without some money.
