Need a Dev to create a STOCK MARKET PLUGIN!

I would like a plugin, that allows people to purchase stocks

Each stock is assigned to someone's name.

So if I receive $2000, and the people own 10% of my "business"($200)

say I have two friends who each own 5% of my stock, they each receive $100

You would be able to choose how much each stock cost and what percentage of your business each one is.

for example, Each stock someone buys is 0.2% of my business, and it costs $1,000 dollars to buy one.

Commands:

/stocks enable
*enables your stocks

/stocks disable
*disables stocks (You cannot disable unless you have refunded your stocks)

/stocks <Player>
*View players stock price and percentage

/stocks
*View your stock price and percentage

/stocks set price <Price per stock>
*Set your price per stock

/stocks set percentage <Percentage of business>
*Set your percentage per stock

/stocks refund
*Refunds all stocks that where purchased under your name (Out of your account)

/stocks buy <name>
*Purchases stock

/stock sell <sells stock>
*Money comes from business's account
