need a dev to make me a custom plugin

I'm looking for a dev to make me a custom plugin called kingdoms

ok so here is the plugin I would like...

it would be called kingdoms it would be similar to factions as it would have like /k create and things like that.

it would have a specific number of allies per kingdom and there would be a king for each kingdom.

also, it would need a feature where it works with world edit and it would have a command /k set farm for admins to use, to create farms which regen their crops within the area every so often a time would be set in the config for this to work. it would be used by players for them to cut down the crops then the crops regen after a certain time of being cut.

I would also like outposts where the players can capture it and it gives resources set in the config to their kingdoms bank

I would like each kingdom to have a /k vault which would be like a chest inventory which only the king can open

I understand I am asking a lot for a small price but I don't have much money

I understand if you say no i will just have to find someone else.

If for some reason you decide to say yes then I will go into much more detail for each aspect.
