Need a Dev

Hey, I had an idea for a server I think would be pretty epic,

I literally cannot learn Java and the idea revolves mostly what I assume would need to be a modded game and would need alot of custom entities/weapons and then a game built around that.

I wouldn't be able to pay upfront -.- but I can give large commissions on the server that will run this, don't really want to give the idea away but add me on skype

By "commissions" I'm presuming you mean a donations cut?

If so then you're out of luck. No developer around here (or any good enough developer) will work for a possible percentage cut, because they could just go and do all the work themselves and get 100% of the server profits instead.

I'm going to say this nicely before anyone else tells you in a manner which might be deemed offensive or harsh.

Get a budget, come back with more information, then you will start to get serious inquiries.

Anyone that you get on "donation cuts" has a 99.9% chance of abandoning your project as there is no motivation there for them to go through the hardship of custom coding a whole server. So please do not get your hopes up.

Yeah this is true, I decided theres no harm in trying though, there might be someone out there XD, commissions would remove the need for the dev to be required in server upkeep and payments towards hosting etc though XD

Thanks for the vouches, but I will not be taking this job as it has to deal with modded items (which I stay away from).
