Hello, I need a developer willing to make me a app like discord, but without servers, it’s going to be a message version/ group chat of discord, I want it to have an admin panel/light mode dark mode option, please message me on discord to discuss the payment option, I want this to be a website based version of discord, no application and no mics compatibility.

Hey, a software free and open source, check this, called "Rocket.Chat". About panel, i dont know there has admin panel or something, but anyways, take your free time in looking on this.
