Type: Not needed to make a new faction plugin, just something that links in with it like this
Description:

When faction reaches X people online, their block protection disables in their claims. When faction gets a kill, they receive extra 10 maxPower. They can have infinite maxPower. If a faction with 3x more power than another faction, they can overclaim as long as the other faction has X people online.
