Need a developer to make a server more custom

Hi there! I am one of the owners of ApaclesMC, a survival Minecraft server that me and someone else are working on. We are in need of a developer that would be willing to help us and work on the server to make it more custom. The way we would go about this is with custom items that could be implemented in quests, Creating a storyline, Creating custom mobs/bosses, Advising on the current plugins and features, etc.
