Need a Developer to work for my server (PAID)

Hello my name is Will and I'm starting a server called NovaMC, the server is basically going to have the basic gamemodes, regular survival, creative, minigames, factions, and maybe some other gamemodes haven't quite decided all of them yet. The server spawn is currently being built so it might be a few days before any custom plugins could be implemented. Anyways, lets get into why I need some developers, as mainly a builder in Minecraft, I have no knowledge about plugins or commands or mainly any kind, if any its very little, so I need someone or a few people to maintain the server for me developer wise (commands, permissions, ranks, kits, custom plugins, etc.) so I can focus on other things for the server. This is a paid job, the developers that apply for this job will be paid some of the server revenue and a little more for the more complicated work they might have to do. Once the spawn is completed we will go into more detail about what I need to be done.

Developers don't configure plugins or do ranks, nor permissions.

You're more-so looking for a manager or co-owner.

And plugins, that's what developers are for. Making them. State what plugins you'll be needing.
