Need a Developer with experience [Paid]

Hello!
I am a manger for the new minecraft server of MisfitServers/Network.
We started on gmod and we are doing very well and we thought we should take the opportunity to branch off to minecraft. We need Staff/Configures/Developers. We need them all. If you are a developer please add me on discord @ Skahletto#9607. We need experienced developers that can make custom but small plugins (We arent expecting something to big.)
We are planning to set a percentage for developers income. Of course you wont make money right away but if you put in the work you will start to gain money at an exponential rate. We already have a community and are expecting around 100 players on launch, who knows how many we will have i a couple months

You are not going to get skilled developers for a percentage of some maybe donations. If you really want quality devs, you'll need to pay them per hour or per project.
