Minimal Requirements:

256MB DDR3
2 GB Usable Storage
20 GB @ 100Mbps
Ubuntu 14.04 32 Bit


preferably $0.50 - $1.00 /month

Secondly I'm not even asking for a high end VPS a simple cheap one , with the specs that I'm requesting honestly shouldn't be more than $12/year. Anything more is overpaying.

You're the one asking for a VPS with 2GB storage and 256MB of ram, that is unrealistic, if you're not willing to pay more than a $1 for a small VPS chances are you aren't going to get one.

On mobile they don't seem to have VPS listed on their website
