HEL! I am looking for funding for a minecraft server. The server will be factions and is presumed to have many players on daily! I have much experience with building servers and getting them up. In order to make my next server, I. will need a donor. This donor will keep an exact list of how much he has spent on everything. After the server is up and running the donor will be paid 100% in server profits!

That might be hard for you to get a donor since these days its flooded with minecraft communities

I think you're really unlikely to find someone willing to donate/fund your server without enough reason to... If you had a unique idea with proof of being able to execute it and also a little more posts I imagine you'd have a slightly easier time...
