Need a Factions Plugin!!!!

Hey everyone reviewing this thread, i'd just like to make it clear that i'm strictly looking for a strong developer. They must have proof that they can cod and willing to agree to terms of service there wont be anything sketchy. I just want a clean process with a good outcome to the plugin. Right now I am standing at $300 USD for someone completing the plugin, i would also like resell rights but i'll acknowledge the developer of the plugin.

DETAILS:
In order to begin the process i'll need proof of coding and that its your plugins that you created.
I'll need you to follow the terms of service which ill msg you.
I'll need no complaints from the developer and bug fixes if there are any.
If i come across an issue in the plugin at any time you should be able to fix it.

In this factions plugin:
-ftop
-larger fmap scale
-faction groups (will be explained)
-faction perms (will be explained)
-faction fly

This is currently what i need in the plugin a google doc will be provided once we decide on the developer.
