NEED A FREE MIDDLEMAN (HOLDS PAYPAL)

I know I made a thread previously but I wasn't specific as to what I want.

Basically I want a middleman that have the following
- Holds PayPal
- Has a good amount of reps preferably over 70-80+

Purchasing:
Stattrak Karambit Tiger Tooth
Payment: PayPal ($245)

Users: NinjaArrow (Has knife) and I (Purchasing Knife)

I want someone that can hold PayPal since we want to bypass this 1 week trade hold. Since most middleman's usually work by the user sending the knife to the middleman and the other user sending the money to the one who has the knife the one user who is buying the knife has to take that weekly hold. What we want to do to avoid this is have the user purchasing the knife send the money to the middleman and the user with the knife sending the knife to the other user who is purchasing. This then leads to the middleman allowing to send the payment to the person who sold the knife.

Please this would be very useful and a TIP will be sent to the trustworthy middleman.
I really have no intentions in refunding I just want to bypass the trade hold in a safe manner.
