Need a fully balanced prison economy

Hey,

I am currently in the proccess of creating an OP-Prison server and am in need of a balanced economy to follow suite.

So basically what I will be needing is:
A-Z Rankup Prices
A-Z Blocks for every single mine with gradual increases
A-Z Block prices which follow some kind of ratio with rankup prices to the point where it isnt stupidly easily for stupidly difficult to progress.

We will have 5 prestiges and therefore the players will progress through the system 5 times and will need a block price increase and rankup price multiplier that is again balanced to go along with each prestige increase.

I would prefer this to be in a spreadsheet format, but a notepad is fine.
