Need a Gang Setup

Please pm me if you can create a fully functional Gang Server, which is like a faction type server with drugs and what not. Looking for full art, builds, and the rest of the setup. I also want to include quests in the server, so please be able to do that. I won't be able to provide a server for you to set it up on, and I prefer to see a full finished product before a payment is made. I don't have a price so I'm willing to take offers. By taking this job you agree that if all requirements for the agreed price are not made, I have the right to decline payment, or chose a price for the unfinished work. Hey, I'm not interested in setting up this server for you, but just pointing out something. So lets say someone made a server for you and you didn't like it but they put effort into it. You can just not pay them? Like including builds, art and everything. I'm a bit confused. Please elaborate on this statement, thank you.

If it came out like that then sorry, I'm just saying it has to include everything I want from the build, which I tell them completely before they start. It's just I've hired devs, given a list, and then half the work isn't done and I'm stuck with a lousy setup for full price. If it's something that I ask for, I will definitely pay for it. Hope this clarifies things.

Maybe $150~. From what I see you want the full artwork ($40), builds ($30+), plugins ($70+ if custom ones).
