Well previously he had a VPS at Sarasota Servers but it is super laggy, and he is located in Los Angles from what he tells me on Discord.
Dedicated or VPS would be ideal however, if the shared hosting is very good, I would use it.

I'm confident you'll be really pleased with ExerForge. Our servers are located in Montreal (east coast) but I don't foresee the distance to LA being an issue as we have customers in the UK using our Montreal location with no issues. He tried FastSrv, but they had a panel error which I reported (undefined a variable: myTimer, and the js script just bugs out) and he asked for a refund.

Stop offering 100% on your servers. Not even Microsoft offer this. Unless your "dedicated server" is hosted in a very high-end cloud, you wont be able to gurantee 100%......[DOUBLEPOST=1521191211][/DOUBLEPOST]

Please, never ever do business with a smaller host who advertises 100% uptime. This is not possible on dedicated servers unless its cloud-based (In most cases that will be a VPS). Like Microsoft Azure. But even that doesn't gurantee 100% uptime.

At this point I am not sure what your deal is. Plenary of hosts advertise it and are more then capable of actually providing 100% uptime and since our servers are located in Choopa datacenter maybe you should go hit up there live chat and explain to them that they shouldn’t offer this. Clearly since you know it better then them. Also there is a reason we changed it to SLA, anybody can provide a SLA and gurantee 100% within it.
If you need europe go with eu-hosting.ch they are so cheap even when you are buying a vps you choose between minecraft setup Bungeecord ts3 server ts3 bot
