First things first, you want to work out what your Price budget is, once you have that in mind you can use self building sites to work out what you can afford, For example say you have a budget of 600$[£600], you could then use a site such as this one and put in your budget [https://choosemypc.net/uk/?budget=600&oc=false] it will show you what computer parts you can afford to have in a PC build, So what you can do is look around for the best pricing and then if you have further questions post back to here with some budget builds to get some spec advice

Secondly:
- Better pcs will cost more money, however if you keep an eye out there are always PC Part sales.
- There is no difference between AMD and Intel other than pricing [OFC some games will work with one more than the other] AMD is a cheaper alternative to Intel.
- You can always buy Older hardware models of computer parts however keep in mind the older they are the less they may have driver updates.
