Need A Graphic Designer For Free (Watermark Allowed)

Hey! So I've recently decided to start Youtube again. I need a new Banner & New Logo.
I know that they'll be One person out there willing to do it for free.
I Will give a vouch to whoever is willing to do it.

The person who created that profile picture is named 'Syndy' I got mine from him too, and It's quite a unique style I doubt most people are able to recreate, not to mention he charges $35 for them, and I doubt you'll be able to get one for free.

I contacted him through twitter DM's to get mine, keep in mind it was about a year ago, and I don't know if he's changed his twitter again as he's done it quite a few times before.
