Need a host for a small server.

I'm currently a Co-Owner of a Survival server that is rather small, but hoping to expand. We've been using ApexMC for the last few years, and we're currently hosting a 3GB memory server from them for $14.99/mo. Which, in my opinion, seems a little expensive for just 3GB of memory. We've also been having some issues with the panel giving inaccurate readings on things like Memory/CPU Usage (Says 100% memory / 2% cpu, when using essentials' /mem ingame shows less than 50% memory used w/ 20TPS), and support hasn't really been helping too much with it.

Hoping to find a reputable host that offers all of the same things, for a slightly cheaper price. We're currently running 1.15.2 Spigot with around 10-20 players online at peak times, and 36 plugins as of now.

Any offers/suggestions are appreciated.
