Need a Lobby! [Paying]

Hello,

I'm currently in need of a decent or high quality mini game lobby, I'm looking for a lobby that's one-sided. If you play Hypixel and go to their Skywars server, the lobby where you see the signs to join the game, you'd notice that all signs are on one side, the direction of the player when they spawn, I need the same concept.

It needs to have/be...
- Signs to join the games
- One Sided
- 2 places for the signs on the same side as the other one.
- Needs to be a small build (Again a size close to Hypixel, maybe smaller)

I would prefer a pre-made build, however figuring I haven't yet found a decent small lobby that fits my criteria, it will most likely end up being a commission. If you have a pre made build, please leave a price and screenshots below.
