I am very experienced with configuring plugins managing a staff teams and moderating. I've been a co owner developer and admin. I am applying for this server because id like to help the server grow into an awesome server with lots of players and fun things to do. I could manage plugins and events for you and moderate the server. I could also setup games and mini games for everyone to play on. I would be also able to advertise and setup the discord server for you. If you ever needed staff i could hire them. I am very good with interviewing people and see if there good for the job. I would work hard and be active every day unless something comes up. I love playing Minecraft and been playing for 5 years I know lots of commands and am good with world edit and luck perms. I also know a bit of Pex but i'm not good at it. I'm not great at applications but i promise you that i would work hard and wouldn't abuse (I sadly don't have a working microphone)

I think you will first need a resume, not contradict yourself and maybe get a little more experience before offering your management.
