Need a (medium sub-amount) YouTuber

Hi, I'm looking for a youtuber who has around 5k subs or more with around 2k views per video, or more.
I will be paying, and I am just fine with a youtuber with more than 5k subs.
I don't want any shenanigans either,
Just a video on my updated server later on.

More in-depth requirements:

- 5k subscribers or more.
- 2k views per video or more.
- Skype
- Editing skills to make a video look decent on an MC server advertisment.
- Estimate of how many players you think you can get on to my server
- Estimate of how much you wish to be payed.

* I will be paying the youtuber if they are successful to get players on my server. Depending on how many new players they can manage to get, I will decide if their payment estimate is fine or not.
