Need a mod from forge 1.7 to work in a later version (paid)

The title really says it all. I have a mod for forge 1.7 that I need ported to a later version of the game.
I’d like it to work in the latest version of the game, however I also need it to be compatible with replaymod, so making it work in any version later than 1.12.2 would also mean that it needs to be moved to fabric, which as far as I know might not be possible.

If you think you’d be able to either make this mod work in forge 1.12.2, or port it to fabric let me know!
