I would get the XR, you already have an apple device which means you are probably invested into the ecosystem. (contacts, facetime, imessage)

I got the X in August after having a tiny SE for 2 years, I don't regret it.

So I have had iPhones my entire life. I think that both are great phones. If you are wanting something high quality and more user friendly, I would definitely say go with the iPhone XR. If you want something that has similar features but cheaper price and slightly lower quality, I would say the Samsung. If you have the money, I would say %1000000 the iPhone. Otherwise, Samsung is fine.

you can't call the samsung a lower quality device concidering it's almost fully screen and has better screen res, but yeah. i've noted ur point

Well, I had a motorola one, then swapped with my dad to my current phone because it clearly was worth more and could trade in.

Hell yeah because every part of that 90 will be worth it, if not an Xr get an 8 plus because these new phones do everything and have enough power as these old phones do. I’d get a 8 Plus or an S9 instead of an Xr/S10e

I did some comparison checking, the s10e lasts longer, has more storage in it, has better screen res... so... what's your reply to this

Spec sheets =/= real world man, try the phone out in person then come back. The iPhone 6, 6s, 7, & 8 ran lower screen res than the Xr and NO ONE complained about that.

I actually tried the s10e today and the XR as I went to the town centre

What did you think of the two phones? I have also tried out both phones in person. I don’t think necessarily that if you’re in person you’re going to notice any major difference with the screens as both of the displays are stellar

Found the XR a bit big, comfortable, used to both OS (ios and andriod), used the samsung, quite comfortable in my hand, not heavy (same with the XR, not heavy). Enjoyed using the two, tested the cameras, etc. the S10e looked a lot better

ye, i think ima go with the s10e, maybe when 2019 iphones come out, I may get like an XS or something or even an XR since i dont hang onto phones long AT ALL

I have a Pixel 2. Nice battery life and if you care about camera quality, it is still better than the Iphone XS (do a quick google search on camera comparison). The newest iphones do have better battery lives by more than 2 times than the pixel but they are also more than 2 times the cost. The pixel automatically has a two year warranty from Google with no extra cost.
