Need a new Rankup Plugin (Time Based/Item Based)

I've been using onTime for many years and i would like to switch away to something more modern.

On my current network your ranks are based on the time played and it's the same ranks across all the servers. The onTime plugin i use is hooked up to MYSQL so your always gaining time played no matter what server you're playing. For Example:

If you gain 5 hours playtime on server A you're automatically given Adventurer Rank, You can also hop over to Server B and it'll give you that same rank because the playtime transfers across servers.

I'm looking for a new plugin that does the same thing but adds a secondary requirement that's not just based on time. For example on the vanilla server you need 5 hours Play Time and also an Elytra but on the creative server you need 5 hours playtime and also 500 blocks placed.The Online time would need to be MYSQL for this to work as i still want the time to transfer across servers, it's just the secondary requirement that will be different.

Does anyone know of any Plugins like this? with time based requirements / item based requirements etc.

I have tried AutoRank and it's just not very good, the commands are not what i'm looking for and the messages in-game are not the best.

RankUp (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/rankup.17933/) Looks perfect but it doesn't support MYSQL to transfer the time across each server.

I like the idea of /ranks and /rankup and /profile to see your stats but not necessary if their is a better way to do it

Is there a plugin out there that will do this? I'm willing to pay a lot to get the type of plugin i need.
