Need A Partner For My Server

I've recently been thinking about creating a new minecraft factions server, but I do not have the funding to support it. I need a partner who can help me fund the server, and get it off its feet.

{+} 50% Ownership (have access to files, logo, domains, ect.)

{+} I'll do most of the work! (Hiring staff, getting everything setup, dealing with setup companies, ect.)

{+} Shared cut (65% ---> You / %35 ---> Me)

Not many people will give money to a partner with none. Especially when the server is a generic and saturated game like factions.
