Need a Partner/Owner

Hey! I am planning to launch a server, however I am looking for a partner!

The Type of Person I'm Looking for:
- Someone who is looking to contribute with the project and not just be a passenger. I don't work with laziness.
- Someone who will put money into this project, yes I have money but I'm not made of it. I need someone to help with money while the server is in development, after release, it should be able to pay for itself, and hopefully we will make back what we put into it.
- Someone with managerial skills.
- Someone with development skills.

Plans:
The server will start off as one server (as most normally do) and will gradually build up to be a network. I suppose you could say this network will be themed as I am planning to have this network with a very unique idea. I do not want to place too much information into the thread, because I know what some people are like and I know that some people will steal ideas and such.
However, I will say that I want this server to be based on games out of Minecraft, put into Minecraft, to be playable in Minecraft. - My deepest apologies if that made absolutely no sense!


How Everything Will work with the other Owner and I:
- We will each get 30% of the donations and 40% will go to the server.
- We are 50-50 partners in this, meaning if you screw me over, it will also screw you over. That will be the same for me.

That network was abandoned due to my partner and IRL friend who was the main owner of it backing out due to the death of a family member of his. It made me lose all motivation for the project.
