Need a partner

Hello everyone I am currently seeking a partner for my MC Network. I've been working on my server for a couple weeks now and doing it alone is to much for me. The server will be Kitpvp and Skywars, But I have a 4 server hub so more will hopefully be added later.

I'm currently 20 years old and have a full time job. So I can only work on the servers at night but having someone to help would be great. Especially someone with experience running successful Network's before. I have already put a good amount of money into this server myself and willing to put in more if necessary

Requirements:
You must be over the age of 14
You must be active / helping daily
Must have some money to put in ($$ Not sure yet)
Must have Discord
Must Be English Speaking
