Hello!

I can't pay any money, but I'm willing to give a vouch. This is a pretty simple plugin

Basically, whenever you get hit or whenever you hit someone (the hit needs to actually register, so only in PVP zones [it wont work in areas where pvp doesn't work]) for a limited time in seconds (specified in a config file) you cannot place blocks or break them.

Explanation:
I am at my skyblock island with pvp disabled.
I hit someone, they can hit me, nothing happens and i can still break and place blocks
If pvp is enabled at my island, and i hit the person, i cannot build or break for a time specifiable in a config file.
