Need a plugin Chunkloader

Plugin name: chunkloader Plugin description: a mob or a npc that loads a chunk Detailed stuff: I need a plugin called chunkloader that loads a chunk for like spawners and stuff so you dont have to afk it and so when you do /chunkloader you will get the item or the npc to afk the farm so these chunkloader has to have a timespan so the first one will have 1 hour to afk in the chunk and after that 1 hour the chunkloader will not be there anymore and there will be a cooldown on it and if a player want to get more timespan they can upgrade there chunkloader with a command like /chunkloader name 2hours so now the player has a chunkloader that has 2 hours forever the player can only place the chunkloader in one spot and cant create more then one. but people can upgrade so they can place more then one chunkloader

And, then get a dev to add in the time limit part? It wouldn't cost nearly as much money if you did it that way? Basically, have them add in a fork to the plugin.
