Need a plugin dev (1.16.x) for Minecraft challenges

Yo! I do content on the side, looking for some java plugin developers to help me bring some ideas to life (paid opportunity, ofc)

They're fairly simple, challenges (Minecraft but we can only craft each item once, Minecraft but every chunk applies a random potion effect...)
My budgets vary between $10 - $90 per plugin depending on the complexity
