This plugin must contain:

A golden apple and god apple cooldown (must be editable in config) - Must be able to add it to featherboard

Enderpearl cooldown (must be editable in config) - Must be able to add it to featherboard

A /ping command

If player1 shoots player2 a message will be sent to player2 of player1's health

More details in DM. No budget just want respectable prices.
