Need a plugin made for Kit-PVP

I HAVE NOW GOT THE DEV TO BUILD THIS -=- PLEASE DO NOT REPLY -=-

Looking for a plugin where i can customize kits;
This needs to have lores and colors.

A GUI needs to also be there so they can select the kit as well as signs such as
[KITPVP]

It would be even better if at the top of the GUI it said the server name (Aquarious Network) in a light blue color.
