Need a Plugin Manager

Hello, I'm in need of someone who can help me with my perms and plugins that I have on my server. I'm willing to pay any fair amount that you choose based off of how much work you do and how well you do it. I will only talk to people on Skype as it will be easiest that way to get things done. This person needs to be on almost everyday and I would prefer that you are on EST timezone, but I will accept other time zones as well. Need people bad! Thanks.

Side note: I'm not very good at all with plugins but I know how I will want the plugins so you will have to bare with me when working with me.
