Need a plugin - Sign and mob money

Hello,

I need a very lightweight plugin that allows players to use a format on signs called;
[lootsell] and they can sell all the things in there inventory.

The config can be

######RaroLootHCF#######
Sell message: "Successfully sold all items in inventory for $<amount>"
Items:
Rotten_flesh: 1.0
Egg: 1.0

Kill message: "You have received <amount> for killing a <mob>"
Mob Money:
Creeper: 1
Zombie: 2

How much would this be? I know theres a mob money plugins out there for free but i'd like this and another feature in one plugin.

Who can do this for you? Anyone with any experience with the vault API.

Alright, well what I meant by when I said "who can do this for me" is someone to say that they can do it xd.
