Need a plugin to stop ceggs being renamed in anvil

Hello I'm looking for a plugin that can prevent ceggs being renamed in anvil.

This plugin has the option to block seveal items from being renamed in an anvil: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/namemytool.23446/

Should just be a matter of blocking SPAWN_EGG
