I always found it amusing when an artist requests something for free yet they are the first to complain when someone asks for free art

I am willing to get a website for free just because I dont have enought funds and I want to get myself a good portfolio I know there are diffrenent website that can do that I also know how to code but I am not a professional.

I am willing to get a new profile picture just because I dont have enough funds and I want to get myself a good looking profile picture I know there are different profile picture builders that can look good and I also know how to draw but I am not a professional.

Not having funds doesn't mean you are entitled to free stuff :/
If you can't afford something either get a free alternative, try to build it yourself or wait till you have some funds

I'd suggest using behance/dribbble or similar sites for your temporary portfolio, you can even grow a following there.

Dribble you have to be invited. Lay off him mate because some people do offer free work as a portfolio site is relatively easy.
