Need a Quests plugin

Hi there,

Today I am looking for an experienced developer to make me a Quest plugin. This will involve detecting when players mine/smelt/craft certain blocks, and in turn allowing them to claim rewards.

If you are familiar with it, I would like it to work similarly to the HQM Questing mod, using a book with clickable links that execute the code and update each time the player opens the book.

I am either looking for a custom made plugin, but an already made one should be alright if you can comment them below.
