Need a Quote for an application I need making.

I need an application making which I can see and control my whole server with I have an idea of what I need it to do and what kind of design it needs.

It will be an application for windows and mac so I need a very advanced programmer for this.

I do have a large budget but as I said I need a QUOTE only for now.

You may think it's crap, but it's free and can do a ton of things to manage a server / multiple servers. Do you feel like making a whole new server management system from scratch? Feel free if you think it's crap. I'd like to see you recreate Multicraft.

Multicraft has never been free unless you count the trial plan which has limited functionality (e.g limited to 1 server + parallel installation, and 10 players)

Yeah, I actually didn't mean to say free. But paying what, $10-$20/month depending on how many servers you have is a lot cheaper than paying hundreds to get something custom made. No need for something custom when something public already exists.

Please provide more information. You said you need it for Windows and Mac, I assume this is the front-end. (Client).
But what is your servers running on, I assume it is Linux.
Is it a shared host, or do you have a dedicated or VPS?
What do you need to be monitored, do you just need to be able to restart and shutdown, or see detailed stats, etc.
Currently a quote could go from $5 - $5000 depending on how the developer sees your project.
Please provide what exactly you want. Then you can request a quote, threads like these are a pain to developers, and are mostly dismissed. (By non-desperate developers anyways.)

Pricing varies between one-time costs (for communities) and monthly expenses (for hosts).

If you have a small little network with 6 servers running, you'd pay roughly $30 in USD. On the other hand, hosts have no fixed amount of servers they're going to run therefore they would need to buy a dynamic license which is a monthly charge (roughly 3eur for that.)

Yes, I know how multicraft pricing works. It doesn't change the fact that using that would be better than getting a complete custom one made. He will save a lot of money.

Also I can disable and enable any plugin from there and also upload files onto the server from there. The server is also running on Linux yes. If it could run on Java that would be great because as Sephez said It can run on both Mac and Windows very easy.
