Hello!

I am Nico, the manager of FluxDesigns, a company owned by @trifletower. Currently we have restarted this service. We offer web designing as well as web development.

What we are in need of is a representative.
You may be thinking, "What do I need to do as a representative?"
As a representative, you would recruit people once we are a more developed company as well as you would reply to any questions people may ask. You would be the advertiser and things, while @trifletower and I make company decisions, make the designs, and develop websites.

I'm not applying. Just suggesting something, on your website, you should really add a transition affect when you stop hovering over a link or a box. It's nothing major, it just bugs me a bit that it doesn't have a smooth transition out
